Hi my name is Dayna! I am 25 years old and I am married and have 2 children. I started running last year but previously I ran in high school. I am coming into this challenge late... Hope that's ok. I usually like to run after work but mainly early morning or late night runs are my favorite.

I meal prep every Sunday and meal plan every Friday. I do not have a food scale but I will have to get one. I do measure all my food out when it comes to meal. I need to tone up and once I get into a routine I stick with it. It's just getting the routine going!

Feel free to add me. I am 24 and I started out at 263 pounds. Now I am 235. I still have 95 pounds to lose but I'm getting there on change at a time. We can do this!

I understand that. I am a month out on Friday and I am just starting to get all my liquids in. Now I have no troubles at all. I am excited to have someone who is close to my surgery date!
