Hi, I have been on this diet for 5 days. I have lost almost 4 pounds. I am not really hungry. However, on the fourth day out, I was really exhausted and dragging, finding it difficult to exercise. I hear ya, don't sweat it! I have been up and down too. However, when I've done the best (in the zone) as I call it---I didn't eat anything after 6 pm if possible.
