you are right on that scale. And so many look down on you if you are heavy in any way. And I for one get tired of all the looks. So I am trying to lose and feel better for ME and no one else. So you loose the weight for you and you will be a lot happier for you. Good Luck :bigsmile:

Don't let your salt get too low . That can hurt just as much or worse than too much salt. You lose a lot of salt when you work out because you are sweating it out. But keep an eye on how much salt you take in.

I will try the incline. I have a n incline thing on my tread mill. I will do 1 or 2 incline a week, and see how that works. I don't want to cut back on the time if I can help it. But anything is worth a try. Thanks :happy: :smile:

I do keep good shoes for walking. But I think I am just going to do the treadmill until I can go back to the Gym. And at the moment money is a factor. I do what I can do with what I have. At least I do have my treadmill. I do not like to walk around the on the sidewalks.

I have a treadmill at home. Plus I try the other but would end up going to fast and couldn't last but a couple of mins. I will try again when I join the gym again later. But for now this is what I have to work with. But Thanks for the advice. :smile:

You can also put your filet on foil put mayo on top of the whole piece and wrap the foil and put on grill. I am not a salmon eater but my father-inlaw made it that way and it was good and easy to do. Just keep an eye on it because does cook fairly fast. I almost forgot. skin side down.: smile:

I also like to record everything I eat because it lets me know if I have eaten too much or not enough. I can handle the not enough. And the too much makes me stop and think twice before eating too much.: :happy:

I have found that if I really need a snack between lunch and dinner I make a smoothie with 1/2 skim milk 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt about 1/2 cup fresh fruit like strawberries blue berries, or even frozen fruit, and 1 or 2 scoops of protein mix, and some ice to make it thick.
