  • There is a section on your "home" page to track your exercise. You can search different exercises and it gives you the apporx calories burned. If you happen to go to the gym, there are machines that will tell you how much you have burned based on your weight. Just log your calories, log your exercise and see your progress.…
  • Don't forget that your weight fluctuates during the day. You are at your lightest in the morning after you go pee. That is when I weigh myself. During later in the day, I stay away from the scale. I would be heart broken to see my numbers up. I have to remember I have ate, drank, and building up bodily waste.:laugh:
