The "morning after pill" isn't an option I would be willing to take. Althouh I am not cathlic or even very religoius I see theMA pill as a form of abortion. It is just my belief and I wouldn't fill right taking that route, but thank you for taking the time to answer my post

The reason I posted this is because After continueing urging from a close friend I picked up some B-12 drops. I took my first does yesterday and thought that I had more energy than normal but wasn't sure if it wss the drops or just my subconscience.

I suggest you see your dr. I had a similar injury in basic training. I had torn by proximal lateral calf musle. I didn't get it checked out right away and now have problems when I run.

Today I was under by only two. Had to do a quick ten minute workout to get there.

Usually I do ok but today I actually have a negitive net calorie intake. I have a calorie allowance of 1237 left for today.

I got rid of all the snack food in the house. That helped alot.

I picked up my sportline HRM at walmart for $27. So far I haven't had any issues with it.
