I have to deal with this all the time. My familyloves to go out to eat. I try to get a salad when I can. Today I had a ton of calories left so I got a burger,not the best choice but everyone can have a bad day:(

Hi, I'm 5'3" and started here at 183 lbs. I have my ticker set at 130 lbs. My first gol is to get to 144lbs. To meet military regs, then 130 lbs. To get back to my highschool weight. But my ultimate goal is between 114-110 lbs.

I don't know about calorie burn but when I had a desk job I would tighten my abs then relax several times it is an easy and discreet way to work your abs at work.

The army sent mine running for the hills. After my last baby it came back. Try more exercises that concetrate on your lower abs.

I started this thread but since monday I haven't been able to do it, so tomorrow I will be starting over. I burned 386 calories the first day. I find that the pushups are the hardest.

The last two days we where out at the lake celabrating my DD first birthday. It was hard but I was able to come under my calories both days. It helped that I was busy the whole time.

Set up college funds for all my kids and my nieces and nephews. Buy a house. Buy a new car.start a non profit organization to help wounded warriors and there families. Make sure that our parent and siblings will be ok for a while with out spoioing them. I don't know what I would do with the rest. Lol

You dont have to go to the gym to work out. Try walking for an hour or doing some cardio at home. Youtube has several videos that are ok. Also its ok fo go over every once and a while just dont make it a habit
