I'm a nerd and LOVE crunching numbers. I've used so many calculators and they all say something different. its just nice to do it myself. This is why I like this stuff its a numbers game and its science. its like cracking a code for me. I'll do this stuff all day for FUN

Dude. I eat 1200-1400 a day I'm terrified of getting larger again and I'm not eating what ever I want. I used to be 210lbs I'm 130 now... It's lose skin from being bigger.... I currently lift 15 to 25 lbs dumbbells in my arm and workouts and 30 for back and I only have a 40lbs dumbbell for legs. I only rest 30 seconds between sets no break between exercises in my super sets. I do HIIT 45/30/15 second on with 30 second rest. yea ill stick to 20 to 22% as a goal for sure. As far as food... Gluten hates me lol but I love it! same with dairy etc. I have an autoimmune issue and those foods hurt. I just wish I knew how to get from looking like I do now to a lot leaner.

I'm sticking to the 21 Day Fix nutrition I'm not doing the time nutrition right now I just think it's a little overboard to be honest and I work out fairly late at night there's no way I'm going to eat after working out and then go to sleep with a hunk of food in my stomach
