My goal is to get under 200 lbs by August 31st...that means I have 12 lbs to lose. I am going to try to do it with plenty of water, walking and low carb foods.

I did the same thing today...had Olive Garden :( Trying to drink plenty of water to try to off-set it some, but it is hard cause I am so full!

I usually treat Sunday's as my "cheat" day...I still watch what I eat, but I may have a few extra carbs that day.

I have been struggling with the same problem…I keep thinking “this is going to take forever” but, I have learned that patience is a must.
