I met my oldest friend when we were both 3 yrs old...she was my nieghbor and we are still friends today. That makes it a 30 year friendship!

I love the salads from Zaxby's...get no fried onions or toast and you have a healty meal...and since you are only eating out every two week, you can probably have the bread and still be fine :bigsmile:

I just tried the Sara Lee Lower Sodium Oven Rosated Trukey from the deli at my local grocery store (had a $1 off coupon)....It taste GREAT! Not sure how much lower the sodium is, but it is a start LOL!

I personally think that is not enough calories...and if you are exercising and burning some of those 900-1100 the you have to subtract the burned amount from the total...I do 1500 calories a day with 113 grams of carbs and have been losing 2 lbs a week with no exercise. I lost 4 lbs my first week...the second week only one lb. I think it is pretty normal to show a big weight loss on the first week. GREAT JOB!

If I ever get a flat tummy again, I am getting my belly button re-pierced!

My BREAK was when my Dr. told me that he didn't know how else to help me with my chelesterol problems because none of the meds are helping....he said I have to eat healthier. Obviously I don't want to have a heart attack so it finally clicked that I have to do this and stick with it forever!
