I'm 5'7 with a larger frame and my goal is 143. I am currently at 155. I really think how thin you look depends on your frame size. At 143 I am a size 2/4 depending on the clothes, any thinner than that and I look emaciated. Someone the same height with a smaller frame can get to 130 and still look good and not to thin.

Cookies, especially chocolate chip, homemade soft and warm. I can easily eat a whole tray.

The general advice is to not lose weight while pregnant even if you are overweight but I think you should really consult your OB on this one.

Egg Beaters ( 3 servings) scrambled with fat free cheese, broccoli and onions and Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage (serving size is 2 but you could eat just 1 and still be full) = about 300 calories + tastes delish.

Hi, I would log it in as strength training because you are working your biceps, shoulders and upper back. Unfortunately you don't get a count for how many calories are burned strength training especially as continuously as you are doing it.

Thanks for the info/post...had no idea their white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake was almost half the calories I need for the day!!!
