I'm having the same issue--not sure how to increase protein in my diet over all. I'm having the skinny B cereal with soy milk for breakfast, but i'm having issues increasing protein at lunch or dinner.

Moderation is definitely key. Do you like to cook? There are so many lower calorie recipes out there now and so many great healthy food options--I don't even get cravings anymore. If I do, I have no problem eating whatever I crave because it barely affects my daily calories. I'd definitely recommend looking at a wider…
