I have had this app for a long time but finally getting serious about losing weight.
so far i have logged for 7 days and lost 3 lbs! super excited
anyone want to be my friend?

    For some reason this go around its so easy to eat healthy.
    The excersize bit is harder because of my 14 month old
    But im finding ways to work out WITH him.
    Like carrying him up and down the stairs with me is a super big work out.
    Or it feels like such cause i am not in shape.

    I'm down. I've had this app for over a year and get good at logging food but suck at exercise and always fall off. Maybe finally participating with others and being held accountable will help me be more successful this go round. I need friends too!

    I do a circuit training workout at home that takes 20 minutes and it is a great burn. You could do something similar while your little one is napping! :) Try the Sworkit app for workout suggestions. It's pretty good. Looking forward to motivating each other in the future!
