I am almost 5 foot. I weigh 153lbs. Waist is 37in & hips are 41 inches. After having my last child last year.. my stomach will not go in. Any tricks to help my stomach not .. well.. sag? I'm on 1200 calories a day and I do an elliptical for 1 hour.
