I wish you could put muscle over fat. I would have lots of fat and then have muscle on top and look like the Hulk. Unfortunately the fat covers my my muscle and I look like the Bulk

I did it and it is not that bad. The day that said jog for 20min. scared me but I lived. I finished it and now I am doing the 10k trainer also by Zen Labs. I am trying to do it faster then the 5k trainer. Feel free to ask any question I may be able to help with.

The math is correct but that is not the way to calculate it. At 1600 cal a day you will eventual stop loosing (you will not go to zero pounds given enough time). Once you stop loosing, adding back 1275 a day will make you gain at 2.5lbs in 5.5 days. The suggestion of adding 200cal per day for 2 weeks is the best idea

If I only had 30min a a workout, I would do legs one day, chest and tri's the next, then back and bi's, then shoulders. Just keep doing it in that order as many days a week as you can.

I saw the before picture and realized how bad I had gotten

your dedication is paying off

The best advice I give people when they ask how I lost close to 100lbs. Start every day with the determination you had on day one. Just do the best you can today and worry about tomorrow when it comes

Just turned 53. My scale does fat percentage and you program you height and age. I just had to switch the age and realized how fast the time is passing. On my 51st birthday I decided to make a change in my health. I am now down 90lbs and waiting for the warm weather in the north east so I can be more active outdoors

No one ever gets a big success in one shot. You get a lot of little ones that add up. The goal is to have the more small successes then set backs. You are on your way. Good work.

Don't become a slave to the scale. I found a shirt that was so snug that it was unwearable. Every time I put it on, it was a little looser. One day that shirt was so baggy that I could no longer use it. Keep your eye on increased performance and health and body shape will follow. Making your goal in life to move the scale…

I don't know how long you have been doing legs but I found time is the key. For the first couple of months day after leg day was very uncomfortable. As the months pass the day after seems less painful. Doubt it will ever be not noticeable, but it is very tolerable after a year.

I hate when I stand waiting for a machine or bench and the person using it does not indicate if he is done or just walking away to get something. It is obvious I am waiting and I don't want the person to rush or cut the set short, but if you are done give me a nod. I hate having to watch a person walk to the water…

A good protein source is fat free feta cheese. Added to the scrambled eggs in the morning and protein without a lot of calories

I would delete C25K and then open MFP and go to 'apps' in MFP. Get C25k from there and make sure it is listed under 'my apps' on the right and it shows as connected
-
Go to apps in MFP and get the app there then make sure it is connected

I used Zen and it linked. Do you have MFP and C25K on the same device?

When my wife asks why I don't wear my wedding ring I will show her this. Maybe she won't swing the frying pan so hard.

About 19months to drop 90lbs. I then dropped 10 more in 4 weeks and my bench and squat dropped alot and I looked flat. I went back up 8 in two weeks and am now trying to drop slower. If you look at my pics the one with the red shirt was when I was eating more and still loosing. The one in the orange shirt I was eating less…

Eating extremely low calories will definitely cause weight loss which is good if your goal is to move the scale needle down. I went a different approach when I dropped 100lbs. I ate a very slight deficit while lifting to build more muscle. As I added muscle I also added food (good clean food). Weight came off and I became…

If you use a fitbit you must have it on the right hand. But i don't know if it would work with two person sex

Nice, leave out the PD. In actuality the PD need it more. It is easy to eat healthy in a firehouse. Ever try to eat healthy at a doughnut shop?

Check your blood sugar in the middle of the workout. I was having fatigue and lack of focus. Blood sugar was in the mid to low 70's. I perform better when I don't let it drop under the high 80's
