Stinking while loosing fat?
Has anyone noticed an increase in body odor while loosing fat? A slight bit of sweat makes me stink worse then ever. I have to shower two to three times a day to keep the stink to an almost exceptable level

I almost had my cardio workout ruined today. I woman started using the machine next to me doused in perfume to the point I had trouble breathing. There is no need for this.

pain in foot after running
I just finished c25k and after the last day the ball of my foot hurt. I finished the jog and then lidted for forty five min without pain. Sodium intake
I eat healthy, but when I log my food the sodium is always over. I try to take in a lot of protein during the day but chicken, turkey and tuna combined with canned beans put me over.
