Friday QOTD: What keeps you motivated? and how do you stay on track? I try on my goal pants to see how close I am, then I put on my old pants to see how far I have come!

OK, so I'm about to complain.......................... "flapjack" is so right seriously I could tie mine in a bow! Though I have had two kids, breastfeed and have lost 75 pounds. I for sure need new ones, thank God for the Victoria Secret's bombshell bra in the meantime I can cram all the skin in there and they look ok in a shirt! LMBO

Wednesday: my freebie would be my arms! I can hide everything else but not being able to feel good in sleeveless stuff sucks! Thursday: my biggest obstacle is not over eating giving up then saying I'll start back Monday, that was a bad cycle that I still struggle with!

Usually I can say no and no one minds unless I'm in a country southern kind of situation where I would be highly offending some one if I did not eat. If that's the case I will usually plan my calories before hand to allow for it, or I will take some have a few bites and make my husband eat the rest when no one's looking:)~

The 2nd week is always not pretty on the scale even on the biggest loser shows the 2nd week sucks, I think we are all doing great!!!! Btw got some of those mio water drops sweet tea flavor yuck! Let's just say it's not southern sweet tea I'm used to lol going to try fruit punch next!!!

The water challenge was so hard for me I just don't drink that much at which is prolly why I have such saggy skin ugh!

Thursday: Lasagna, or any pasta! I try to stay away completely but holidays bring it on! Friday; I typically don't pre log since I use the pine app and can log in food so quickly but times I had it did help me from cheating:)

Thanks kristy!!! I stick to 1200 calories too, sometimes it's hard to 1200 good ones in!!! Yesterday was a total fail for water, I get so busy I just don't think about it, and Sunday I ate a huge piece of pumpkin pie!!! Ugh I swear I do so good till the wkend comes anyone else have that issue????
