Week 1: 127.2 Week 2: 126.2 Week 3: 126.0! Waist: 27 inches (down 2 in. from last two weeks) Hips: 38 inches (down 1 inch " ") Thigh: 22.5 (up .5 inches, but that's ok :p) BMI: 22.3 (down .2) BF%: 25 (down 3-4% from last time). I think I'm going to just stick to the fat2fit calculator since going to a bunch of them only…

I think these are pretty good, and my husband (who's a child at heart and can get picky about certain foods) absolutely LOVES these http://www.budgetbytes.com/2012/02/hearty-black-bean-quesadillas/ A bit of prep time in the beginning, but it makes tons of them that can be stored in the freezer.

I log every day except on vacations, which don't seem to happen too often :p feel free to add me :)

I guess I'm not overly "clean" either. I try to eat a little better than I used to, but I almost always fit in a 100 calorie pack of oreos at night for my sweet tooth or some sweet, and friday/weekend night dinners are almost always takeout or restaurant food. It's all about planning ahead of time and knowing when to stop…

going berserk on chips, pasta and cookies. working out so far :)

I shoot for about 1300-1400 during the week unless I feel full beforehand or I'm running low on calories. If I walked around a lot that day and my fitbit says I've burned more, I'll eat more. I put in an effort to eat 1200-1300 at the very least if I have barely moved around outside of my apartment. On weekends though I…

Last week: 127.2 This week: 126.2 I'm very surprised at this quick of a jump-it hasn't happened yet and I'm only set to lose 0.5 lb/wk. It may be because of TOM, but usually I bloat when that happens so idk what's going on. Oh well, hopefully it's a good loss either way.

Cheerios. Oh man, I loved them. Lucky Charms- those marshamllows man... Quaker Oatmeal Squares-I used to mix them with cheerios and it was so good. Reeses Puffs- a bit more recent but I do enjoy them. My husband still loves to eat cocoa puffs, lucky charms and reeses puffs. Every now and then I'll have a serving as my…

I wish someone would tell my husband that sometimes, lol

Ok, just weighed and measured myself this morning. It looks as though I've been measuring my hips incorrectly...so I've had false hope over the last few weeks that I've lost any body fat :grumble: Here are my results: CW: 127.2 (down 1.8 pounds from last week) Neck: 13 (no change from last week) Waist:29 (no change from…

That I'm hispanic (given they don't know my last name from the start). Most people think I'm anything from indian to lebanese to italian to middle eastern.

Thanks about the foot, it's doing a lot better. Hopefully I'll be out of it next week. I just have to take it easy, which is why I want to do bodyweight work-also because I'm kind of weak XD. I agree on the veggies, I'm trying to cook things with them more often and I shoot to measure as much as possible. I've got a lot of…

I can see that being helpful. I guess my problem is that if I weigh myself everyday I'm going to get neurotic about the number I see. So I keep it to one day XD. Really? Cool. I'm doing something right XD.

NAME: Linka HEIGHT: 5'3" CW (Current Weight): 128 UGW (Ultimate Goal Weight): 120 CBF% (Current Body Fat % if known): 28% (I think?) UBF% (Ultimate Body Fat % or desired BF%) 20% Hi folks. For the last few years I've teeter-tottered between 130 and 120, and I'd like to get down to that 120 once and for all. Ideally though,…

My day is Wednesday since it helps me recover from the weekend. That's when I'll be logging.

I thought this was going to be a concern for me too when I started changing my eating habits, but like everyone said it's all about controlling yourself- if you're hanging out with friends, that's fine-go ahead and have some pizza-but just one or two slices (that's honestly enough to fill me up) and just have one or two…

Video games (mostly nintendo) recently finished Start Trek TOS and Sherlock, and anime. Nice to meet you! Hopefully we can be friends :)

100 calorie packs- oreos and ritz crackers-helps me get my sweet/salty mix :) roasted almonds and cashews- such great flavor and a good filling snack if I'm hungry peanut butter- same reason as above, and I usually have it on a slice of whole wheat toast.

Cheez-its, cape cod chips, stacy's chips spaghetti, cheetos, and oreos. There's probably more but that's what comes to mind. Especially cheez-its. I need to quit them cold turkey for sure until I hit my goals- so far so good :).

nice hair! and you have really pretty eyes!

This may be imagined in my head since I'm juuust starting all this and began doing squats last week, but here goes... My legs. They feel lighter and stronger at the same time. They don't look at all thinner, but I feel like something's happening in my quads. A good thing. I don't know how or if it's even possible at this…

Lentil potage I made last night in my slow cooker, along with a few pieces of lemon cilantro grilled chicken. Can't wait X3

^ This. And I often make a total idiot of myself at the gym (fall over on squat or push-up practices, pant like crazy on the treadmill). People are pretty much just focused on themselves so they don't really care too much about your specific shenanigans. And on the off chance that someone does say something to you or…

my photo should say it all. feel free to add me:)

I've noticed that when I do my pushups, my wrists hurt from the way I bend my arms. I'll try this and see what things I notice.
-
teehee :) now I'm kind of excited to get better at it. I'll gauge where I am with everything by the end of the month and I guess I can see where I'm able to start on stronglifts, if only a few parts of it. Thank you very much!
-
Sure thing, I'll work on them then. I can hold my body up pretty well, it's the going down part that's difficult. I can't bend my arms very far, maybe a bit under halfway down before my arms scream at me. But I'll get better! :) XD yeah I guess that's what I was trying to do. I'll work on that on friday then (my next…

Hi Everyone! I'm 24, 5'3'', and 130. My initial goal was to get down to 120 lbs and then start lifting to drop from 30% BF down to 20, but as weight loss so far has been frustrating and I'm apparently at a healthy weight now, I've decided to switch gears and begin prepping for Stronglifts. This is my first time…
-
Start lifting and go down to 18-20% BF to build muscle and get into my ideal shape. I'm apparently at an alright weight where I am now (23.2 BMI), and I'm only at about 30-32% BF now. Seems doable if I don't give up :) even if I don't make it this year, as long as progress is made I will be happy.
-
Get my squats right so I can start stronglifts 5x5 next month. It'll be my first time lifting-I'd rather take the time now to perfect my form as opposed to when there's a giant bar on my back.
