eek, worse week ever :'(.. classes starting today & and I am starting Insanity. I will commit to 1000 crunches/ jumping jacks and 5 extra miles.... I will try to do more, but now I have so much less time then in the summer. I want to finish strong though!!

Major: Forensic Science Year in School: 5th year (doing an integrated program where I get my BS and Master's at the same time) Does your school have a gym?: a few:).. they are pretty awesome too If so, have you ever used your school's gym?: yes, just came from it! haha

Good luck at the doctors.. since you have been exercising way more, are you getting enough protein? When I started working out I was still as tired as ever, but increasing my protein a ton after my workout helped to keep me more active.. hope things turn around <3

ya the eating along with the drinking is the worse.. glad they got rid of the taco bell by my apt hahaa

I love Frank's hot sauce (original cayenne).. 0 cals.. but you do have to worry about sodium (200 mg per teaspoon). I eat it with chicken usually:)

My biggest problem is alcohol... at Penn State "there is nothing to do but drink" as they say.. literally all my friends drink. I am cutting back to drinking once a week.. not only good for my health but for my hardest year in school:)

I log it as 20 min of circuit training.. however, I am getting a HRM so it is more accurate

I agree with the peanut butter.. when I have a lot extra calories I like organic PB and an apple:)

Totally true.. it is not about weight as much as it is about losing fat and gaining muscle!.. so the scales are deceiving ... Keep up the awesome work team PD <3 we are all doing so great :D
