I don't have any advice, but I'd love to see the responses to this question as I am nearing the end of my reset and have gained about the same amout of weight as you.

I've had both of those same results since starting my reset. I used to be cold all the time. It's not as bad anymore. I really love how well I sleep now. :smile:

That's awesome. I started my reset (8 weeks at least) on December 1st. I am 5'2 and 168 lbs currently. Can't wait to see the results.

Good morning. I thought I was bulking, but realized that I am actually doing a metabolism reset. Just started December 1st. TDEE is 2040. I upped my calories to 2040. I plan on doing the reset until I feel it is time to cut. I have lost about 125-130 lbs over the last 2 years and am wanting to lose another 35 lbs. But most…

I have been plant-based since March of 2011. I find that I seem to be lacking the protein department as well. Looking to improve that! Nice to meet everyone!

I'm 5'1 and my goal weight is 110-115 with muscles. Still have about 40 lbs to go. We can do this!!!!
