Awesome weight loss. I'm sending a friend request. I'm new to keto. I've lost weight in the past doing all the wrong things. Looking to do the right thing this time and sustain. :)

Thanks for sharing. I'm downloading right now!

I'm in Mesquite (suburb of Dallas). Wish I was a bit closer. You can do this though. I do it from home and it's totally doable. Love the Texas virtual support group. :)

I'm considering restarting the program since I fell off, but I am 10 lbs from deadlifting my bodyweight. Haven't actually tried yet, so you've inspired me to try it now. :) Keep at it! You can do it.

I could have written this post. Same situation here. Hope things get better for you soon. I'm going to try to stock up this weekend on healthy whole foods (on my tight budget).

I have the opposite issue. My gym is my garage and I live in Texas (moved here in March) and right now it is sweltering. Not sure how the winter will be. Probably will be a relief. I think getting a heater for your garage would help a little, but if temps get too frigid, I don't think it would be safe or productive.

I'm about 5'2 (depends on who you ask) and I'm looking to lose about 50 lbs.

Great post. Was wondering how you are controlling your IBS with diet. I'm suffering with IBS and am having a hard time with everything I eat lately.

Are you doing SL only? Do you add cardio? I'm at a higher bf and I know I need to lose fat, but want to gain as much strength as possible. Thanks.
-
Continue with the SL program. Be consistent in my eating. Do more accessory work and short cardio sessions. Trust the process.

     You are and look AMAZING!!! Thank you for sharing. Patience....yes, I could use a healthy dose of that...and pizza, and chocolate, and....well, you get where I'm going with this. LOVE IT!!!!

Right there with everyone else. Today I struggled with 60 lbs. I won't increase the weight for next time. I will work at that weight again the next time and focus more on my form.
-
Just started SL this week. I want to be consistent and get in 3 lifting sessions a week and 2 cardio-like sessions (preferably kickboxing or the like). Eat enough food to fuel my workouts.

Awesome progress. Very encouraging and inspiring.

You totally rock. You've made amazing progress. Keep up the great work. Thank you for sharing.

I'm with Holley. I am planning another reset once my gym membership starts as I feel that I didn't give myself enough time to mentally heal as well as physically heal. I want to get to the point where my mind isn't focused on what the scale may or may not say and just enjoy my body and myself. I know it's hard, but it is…

Like Anitra, I'm a mix of all 3. More on the careful eater side though.

4. I'm getting better at not labeling foods "good" or "bad" but I still struggle with it now and then. 5. It's that whole, don't waste food thing that will make me eat the "whole thing" even when I know I'm full. Also, I really need to learn to enjoy my food (getting better at this) 7. TOM and stress equal eat all the…

I'm tearing up reading this. What an inspiration you are. Thank you so much for sharing your story. YOU ROCK!!!!

Lead by example. You can show them better than you can tell them. And when they see your smoking hot body, remind them that it is because you lift heavy weights. You have to do what's right for you. People will always have opinions, but your results will speak louder than their uninformed opinions. Keep up the great work!…

That is awesome!! Congrats and keep up the great work. So inspiring.

I will increase the cut to 20% and add some more cardio and see what happens. I wnjoy lifting heavy and really don't want to cut back on that too much (if at all). Thanks for your help.

I did an 8 week reset and now am eating TDEE - 10%. Though a lot of days I'm not quite getting all the calories in. Things are a bit stressful now and I'm sure that is affecting me some. I need to get myself out of the quick-fix mentality so that I can appreciate the small changes and continue in this journey…

Hello everyone. I will begin my cut tomorrow. TDEE - 15%. That puts me at 2000 calories. I did a 9 week reset. I'm excited to see the results of the cut. Glad to have you here to help me through it.
