Since most of these videos have a large strength component to it, you probably won't see results on the scale since you're building muscle (which weighs more). That's part of the reason why my goal wasn't weight related hut inch related. If you want to see the scale change, do a lot more cardio.

Week 2 is annoying! I can't do the crow pushup so I just do regular pushups. I don't get a good burn for the ab workouts so I do bicycle crunches or leg raises during that period. Yah she definitely doesn't cater much to the after stretch. She even admits her flexibility isn't great in another video of hers. All fine by me - just find something on YouTube like Gentle Yoga.

Hey I just started Day 1 for RI30 - thought it would be easier to manage starting on Mondays since the 1st isn't until Thursday. I'm going to do it through the 31st of May as well. Hope to see great results!
