I've also been stuck looking at Protein Bars in the chemist and most of them are quite high in calories :( I might have to try what others have suggested and try to make them myself :)

Welcome to MFP, I find this site works better then any diet that I have done before. And it's great because you can eat what foods you like (lower in calories the better), and MFP keeps track of your calorie counting for you. Beats those diets that you can only eat limited foods and the fad wears off extremely quick :)…
