I think doing anything at all helps. I know how hard it is to just get moving. I wish I could just be a bum and lose weight lol. Yesterday I had goals and I didn't make them I over ate and I didn't go to the gym. I had a really bad headache and decided I should eat pizza because you know that would just help me out lol

It took me a bit but I'm making small steps. yesterday while out shopping I passed up all the desserts and I even passed up on the pumpkin reese cups, these are my weakness. I also added in more fruit and veggies to my meals. my goal for the day to to walk at least 30 mins. small steps to help me.

Sorry I been MIA, I been having some stresses going on in my life and having issues with my teeth, today I had a root canal done. no pain while having it done, just sore around my gums right now and my mouth from being open so long, so I hope in a few days I'll be back to good.

been super stressed the last few days, I haven't exercised in a week, thats crazy for me, but my food has been great, so I'm not eating my emotions, but I have been cleaning a lot so that helps get my mind off things. I hope after next week things should get better for me.
