I slept in lol. My week did not go well at all. Chinese food, pizza.. Oh my! It's been utter chaos around my house with everything but this is a new week! Last week was 186. This week is 188. No good but it's not a complete failure for everything I've accomplished.

If you haven't already, maybe try compression socks? I've never used them personally but I know a few runners that do and swear by them. Good luck with your run!

Pizza and I have a very love/hate relationship. I LOVE pizza. I could eat it all day, every day. But I end up feeling completely dragged down for days. Mostly because I eat like 4 pieces lol. I feel your struggle trying to eat one piece! Good self control though! :smiley:

Those little steps like that are a great motivator! I'm always going through my closet trying different things on. And slow movement is better than no movement. Keep up the great work!

Good job staying on track afterwards! Sometimes that's exactly where people falter. They see that one bad meal and a full derailment and it's all downhill from there.

Meeee too! My week has been a little hectic and I've only had one work out (getting another tonight and tomorrow). My goal this week was morning workouts. 2 morning workouts. Just 2! Could NOT get up on time!

Yum! It looks so pretty! Lol I'm all out of yogurt! Until grocery shopping this weekend. :( I like to take plain greek, add in a teaspoon or two of my PB2 (the chocolate one is delicious in this case) and then a sprinkle of granola! Dessert for breakfast!

Have you tried maybe sprucing up your water? Lemon and lime slices, orange slices, orange and cinnamon sticks, apple chunks and cinnamon sticks, just cinnamon sticks (my personal favorite), strawberries and mint? So many options! Maybe that would help you drink it more. :)

As everyone else has said, it's not going to happen right away. Especially if you don't have a lot to lose in the first place. It was much, much easier for me to lose weight when I was heavier. This have been slightly difficult for me! Not that I don't drink water. That's all I drink other than black coffee or tea. I get so caught up in my work that I forget to drink anything for hours! But, I had 76 ounces yesterday!

Don't forget to celebrate ANY progress you're making! Don't be too hard on yourself regarding numbers! Maybe the scale only moved a pound. That's ok! That's a pound less than last week! So many great goals! I'm glad you all have other focuses and not JUST the number on the scale. It'll help! Update to mine: as a short term, non-scale goal, I'd like to get at least 2 (preferably more) morning workouts in next week!
