Best home treadmill
I've been doing research and reading reviews like crazy but there are so many options! Do any of you have a recommendation for a good at home treadmill? I'd prefer one with a motorized incline instead of manual. I see the Horizon T101 recommended a lot but it keeps selling out and when it's restocked the price keeps going…

The difference is, I want so badly for this to be the real start again, but it's so difficult this time around. Little background, 2 years ago, I lost 90 pounds, I was 10 pounds away…

Water challege
As a "back on the wagon" challenge for myself, I'm going to be doing the water challenge again! This helped me tremendously last time and I've been drinking far too much coffee these past few weeks. So here's how it works! Take your height in inches, that's how many ounces you need to drink in a day. 5'8" = 68 inches so…

Goals for this group
I'd just like to say, you do NOT have to set 20 pounds as your goal. Depending on your fitness level and where you're at with your current goal, you can set it lower. The point of this group is not for it to be a competition amongst each other. Maybe with ourselves, but not with each other. This is meant to just be a…

What's your typical breakfast look like?
Mine lately has been "instant oatmeal". But not the packaged kind! I mix up 1/2 cup of quick cooking oats, pinch of salt, LOTS of cinnamon, tablespoon of dried cranberries and about a tablespoon of whatever nuts I have on hand. Lately it's been walnuts but typically it's almonds. I put all of that in a little Tupperware…

Do you meal prep?
This is a big one! Now, I'm not the best meal prepper. I don't take a few hours out of any particular day to do this. But if you can, do it! It will help you tremendously! It'll take the guesswork out of figuring out breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It'll free up time for you to do workouts when you would normally be cooking.…

Heart Rate Monitor
Do you own one? Or any kind of device that tracks it? I'm not extremely familiar with FitBits or any other popular fitness trackers so I'm not even sure what all they do lol. However, someone in my friends list made a post that reminded me of the difference one of these bad boys can make! MFP just has average calorie burns…
