I guess it would be my trapezius muscle that's the problem. It is also where I hold all my tension. I have had a few people tell me the same thing from people who live to workout to massage therapists. I'll try chest flys but I don't have access to a bench so I'll have to figure something out

I have a regular spring scale that you can adjust. I feel like I have to fix it every time I use it. And I bounce a few time to get an average weight. It's really annoying. I'm sure ballance scales are really expensive but I would LOVE to have one.

There isn't really anything specific. Cheese and protein is more substantial but it doesn't always cut it.

I have had a harder time falling asleep since starting keto. I do still have sleepy moments during the day but it's mostly because I am home with kids all day and get exhausted mentally.

I experienced something similar. I lost about 5 lbs then I stopped. What's weird is that I stopped when I cut my calories back. Generally now I eat when I am hungry but idk. It is frustrating.
