I preplan mine all the time! Usually I can only do one day in advance though. I find it to be the only way I am truly successful! I think people can just flip through your menus. Good luck! Have fun!

I think your timing of sharing this tonight was so perfect! I just had a realization that I have about 220 lbs to go to get to where I "should" be. I felt like that was impossible...but you have shown me it truly is doable...the dedication, the determination....I'm planning on following in your footsteps! :)

How do you know when you've beaten Type 2 Diabetes? The last time I had my AIC done it was 5.1...but I have PCOS too so I haven't been taken of Metformin because of that.

Tonight in my Bible Study/Weight Loss Support group, they encouraged us to give the Lord a full year to work in us this way. Your pictures and your story showed me that giving a full year is totally worth it!!! :)

Yup! My 5 year old devoured my smoothie left overs today. Now, when I use the collard greens, I definately taste them...but I actually enjoy the contrasting flavors.

Oh, and I'm really big into precooking. My favorite recipe right now is a cottage cheese chicken enchilada...I prepare it and freeze them so they are all set to throw in the oven individually. It saves on waste and I have an accurate calorie count really easily by saving it in my recipes! I also do chicken/veggie…

PLAN! PLAN! PLAN! And I agree about oatmeal and eggs being wonderful choices. Much more filling and cost effective than normal cereal. Also, I don't know if you have an Aldi, but I just went shopping there today for almond milk, fruits and veggies, salmon and chicken! :)

Fiber is a huge hunger buster too, but unfortunately the 17 day diet (especialy in Phase 1) doesn't give a ton of way for fiber. So, I say just keep downing those veggies! :)

Also...to put other people in a more positive light...sometimes people just think those who have lost weight look so tiny compared to where they used to be, that they actually are suprised/confused where it would come from. Generally people aren't trying to be mean or hurtful..at least that I've had experience with.

I actually prefer to do two workouts a day..but mine are like 30 mins each. I like that after you work out you get a metabolism charge. Working out twice, well spaced apart, gives me two! :)

I use it. I've heard people say that there is stuff in it that antifreeze is made from, but I did a little research and found that substance is in many foods. So, I use is sparingly, just when I need a change of taste. :)

My general rule is if I don't exercise that day, I stay within 100 calories (on a good day, that is! LOL) If I exercise, I eat at least 1/2 back (sometimes I earn like 1200 calories...)
