Cleaning Up
I've noticed that if my house is clean, then my eating is likely to be cleaner too. Does anyone else find that to be true, or am I just weird. Working on some extra cleaning and streamlining in our house to get back on track. I'm a little overwhelmed with everything right now.

Doctors Visit: Major NSV's!!!
Good news to share! Went to the doctor today. My total cholesterol has dropped from 186 to 100!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??!!?? And my A1C has dropped from 5.9 to 5.4! My fasting blood sugar level was 104. It's nice to see progress is more than just loosing weight on the scale!
