Do you wanna know something weird? Whenever I track my calories, bite by bite, and plan my meals to the T I gain weight. Whenever I eat as I feel hungry, and don't track, I lose. I'm messed up. Any insight? The only thing I can think of is that #1. I'm not eating enough when I do track #2. Maybe my numbers are wrong with my BMR?

Or you are not calculating your intake correctly as you may not be weighing your food...and/or you are over estimating your calorie burns....
