Getting back on track

I hate when I've been off track for a while, and when I restart how all my healthy foods taste icky. Now, after I've been eating healthy for a week or so, they will start to taste great, but man, these first few days are always brutal for a junk-food-aholic. *Sigh*. I will keep plugging on. Cuz that's what I do my friends!

    Me too!! I have been off program for a little over a month and done about 8 lbs of damage (just as I was getting very close to my goal). Now I have to re-lose that weight and more . . .

    I agree, the food tastes bland at first. It will get better, stick with it!

    After being off track for a week, I can already feel my clothes are tighter! I know that after a few days I'll feel better, but those first couple days are hard! Stick with it! I will if you will!
