Homeade Chocolate Milk

I'm having major major MAJOR chocolate cravings tonight...and I'm doing the 17 day diet.
I tried to find a way to "cheat" without majorly cheating.

Here's what I did...
1 cup almond milk (plain)
1.5 T special dark cocoa
2 packets truvia

I put them all in a blender and enjoyed the delicious results!
Only 55 calories! A chocolate fix! And, it added 3 grams of fiber into my diet which made me very happy too, since I've been struggling with this lately.

My husband wasn't crazy about it, but I think its because I've been on protein, fruit, veggies, etc, and to have this indulgence was perfect for me! :) Hit the spot!

    I love putting unsweetened cocoa powder in my vanilla protein shake (my protein powder is sweetened with stevia). I also add a little PB2 (powdered peanut butter) for some extra fiber. It is a sinfully delicious, guilt free chocolatey peanut butter shake.

    Your chocolate milk sounds perfect. I bet it was super dark and delish! Thanks for sharing!
