Getting back on track

I hate when I've been off track for a while, and when I restart how all my healthy foods taste icky. Now, after I've been eating healthy for a week or so, they will start to taste great, but man, these first few days are always brutal for a junk-food-aholic. *Sigh*. I will keep plugging on. Cuz that's what I do my friends!

    I agree! i am trying really hard today and all I can think about is Pizza, and greasy foods.
    I should dream of sitting on an island eating fresh pineapple and sipping on fresh lemonade water. now that is better. My grilled chicken will taste much better now for dinner.
