I will start then too so we can support each other, we are moving in July so I felt it was pointless to get the pull up bar so im gonna get the resistance band instead until we get into our new house.

I have the magic bullet, I love it. Spinach smoothie 1 cup almond breeze unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1/3 cup 0% MF Greek yogurt 1/3 cup frozen berries of choice I cup raw baby spinach 1/2 cup water 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder Stevia is optional for sweetening but I find it sweet enough without it.

I hear ya, I was 20 lbs heavier last year and I could only do 1 full push up. I joined a bootcamp gym and now I can do 37 pushups in 3 mins!!! I am very proud of myself and how far i've come, I still have a way to go though towards my new goal. My advise if you feel intimidated at the gym lifting weight go to Walmart and…

you need them to keep up your stength and energy, the calories they give you is already less so you lose pounds.

I would stay at your activity level, but when you exercise you earn more calories, so if your working out 30 minutes a day track that in the exercise calculator and it will tally how many extra calories you can use, but I never use all the extras but it does give you some flexability if needed.
