personally I feel that you can post whatever you want on facebook, I hate when ppl make fun or discourage us from posting things on FB.....if you don't want to read ppls updates then don't look!!!! Or unfriend them.....simple as that!!! That is a total pet peeve of mine!

I would ask her to go out for coffee with you and tell her how much it hurt you to see that (especially as her status!!!!) I wear a HRM and track it myself....I did plyometrics last night and burned 715 calories!!!

I started 2 days ago....did the plyometrics last night.....amazing workout! Add me if you want. We can motivate each other. I ordered 30 day shred too so I might go back and forth between the 2.

that is great !!!!! but really to lose in a healthy way you need to take in at least 1200 calories a day!! Not to be a downer but that is just from what i've read. good luck!!!
