I've been pretty religiously using my calorie counter, keeping it to around 1200 cals a day. I do cardio every second day (min of 30 min), plus do housework everyday so I burn a fair few cals too. I do around 3-4 hours of constant housework per day, but when I've searched for these type of activities for my calories burned, there is nothing. Now I know vacuuming wouldn't burn the calores of a run, but I suspect I would be burning around 150-200 cals a day just on housework. Am I searching wrong, or is it just not…
