I agree with most on here as well. I can say that my husband has lost 71 pounds since September 30, 2013 with ALOT of hard work (eats only healthy foods..nothing processed) and goes to the gym twice a day. With that being said women do lose weight way different than men but you can lose quite a bit within that time frame..…
