Welcome aboard!!I just recently joined also, I am on day 7 w/ MFP. I have lost 5 lbs since I decided to start on a new life journey and MFP has totally helped that!!! Feel free to add me as a friend if you want some support :)

I am not a gym person, for a couple of reasons, mainly cost and time (mother of two little kids). But even if I had the means, I am not sure I would. It is really hard for me to work out indoors. However, I am doing the Jillian Michael's DVD'S and I have the Wii Fit and EA Active for the Wii as well. Can't wait for spring…

I would definitely join a gym if I had the means and the time. But it just isn't feasible right now. I am doing two different work outs, EA Active for the Wii and the Jillian Michael's Power Sculpt w/ 5 lb weights. I am thinking of adding in her cardio DVD each day too....
