I also say no, if you can, last time I got chinese food takeout (work bought us lunch) I got REALLY sick. And I got steamed chicken and veggies w/ no sauce. NOT WORTH IT! Order pizza if you need a cheat day ;)

It depends your personal definition of "healthy" is healthy less calories or less artificial ingredients? Personally I love my some Chobani or Fage yogurt. Will never go back to Yoplait, Dannon etc. HTH :smile:

The only thing that could affect you is if you are taking any prescription drugs, I just saw on Dr. Oz that there are certain prescriptions you shouldn't take at the same time as vitamins/suppliments.
