I do all my workouts barefoot. I did 1/2 of p90x with shoes and half without I like without better. I think you need to go off of what your body says!!

On my swollen days I take a cranberry supplement or drink tea, such as green tea or cran-aid. They help you excrete the excess water. it may take a bit for your body to get used to working out!

Take pictures of what you look like in your workout clothes. That motivates me to not want to look like that. Take new pictures every 30 to 60 days so that you can see the changes!!

I say that I am proud of you not many can do that but you do need to enjoy life too. So it is a tough decision but for me if I eat carbs past 5 I bloat real bad. It is up to you!!

So sorry!! I am doing P90x and went through 6.5 weeks of no weight loss. I dr said this is normal if you are eating enough calories for your fat and muscles to finally work together. YOu are losing fat but gaining muscle, because muscle is more dense then fat it weighs more. Also I would suggest taking a cranberry…

I have been on one for 6 going on 7 weeks now. I am losing inches not pounds. I would have your dr check your hormones including your thyroid. You may need to eat a few more calories too. I wish I could help more.

I am a stay at home mom of 3 Children, A 6,4 and 2 year old. I can arrange my day around my workouts unless something with the kids come up!!

You need a rest week if you want the results so on rest week mix up your cardio and do not do any weight lifting.
