Goal for the week of April 17th

So my past week has been less than ideal for eating habits! I'm back at it and going to stay on track this week. Starting with a new fancy water bottle with a straw! I've already drank 16 oz this morning! My goal is to have it always with me. What's your goal for the week?

    Fantastic goal! My goal is to break another 10 lb barrier by losing 2 lbs this week..

    Day 1: Successful! Drank all my water which I never do and I planned my snack so I wasn't tempted at the vending machine at school. :)
