So true!!!! I have one of those mother n'laws who likes to make 20 desserts for every family get together when we really only need like 2 and she is very persistent in "here try this... take a bite... have a piece". I have been very good the last month and 1/2 in saying No thanks!!! :)

I can not get my husband to diet or exercise with me either. He has put on the weight just like I have during the course of our marriage but doesnt see it as an issue. I would get so discouraged when dieting because I was doing it alone because he would not work out or go for walks with me. It was a very nasty up/down…

I might have a "cheat" item every now and then but normally still plan to stay at my calorie limit!!!! I know that if I allow myself a whole cheat day that I will not be happy the next day and to me its not worth it!!! :)

I weigh myself every morning like clock work!!! I get aggravated if my # goes up or even stays the same but I dont get depressed. Its a good motivator for me... keeps me on track to do better and push harder!! I was weighing myself and measuring inches everyday but have taken my measurements down to like 2-3 times a week…

Mine is 2% Milk which is funny because I havent had milk in about a week and 1/2 now!!! It should be Beef Jerky.... I eat that everyday! :love:
