  • Thanks for the help everyone I decided to try the couch to 5 K again today I decided to start at week 5 and the 3rd work out, it is 5min warm up 20min run and 5 min cool down. Well I slowed my speed down and ran the whole 20 mins and kept running for an extra 10mins after it. I ran a total of 30mins straight with no walks.…

  • Thanks that is what I have been doing for the last week or two and I have noticed it getting easier to run more I was just making sure I was on the right track. I will keep pushing on.
  • No I tried to do the couch to 5k but it seamed way to easy I guess I could skip to near the end and try it again to do the last few weeks and see if that helps.
  • I will remember this feeling for sure, most times I run before I eat or at least 2 or so hours after and that will be the norm from now on. it was not a pleasant run that's for sure.
