So does anyone think 6 miles is a lot? Is it enough to maintain my weight without diet restriction? Please answer, thanks!

Thanks so much! I'm really good about eating and I strictly avoid restriction. But I'm hoping I'll be able to eat around 3000 calories and safely maintain. I don't feel overly full, bloated, or tired if I eat this much, I'm always energetic and feeling satisfied. Maybe this is just the amount I need? All of the calculators…

So my food intake adds up to about 2,770 calories. Is that a lot? I'm 5 feet and 3 inches, 22 years old, 95 pounds, and pretty active. I walk 3 miles everyday of the week at about 2.5mph, I do weight training for about 20 minutes everyday, and I do moderate stretching everyday as well. Is that a good caloric range for me?…

So that's about what I eat in a day, is it bad guys? I try to snack on nutrient rich foods like trail mix.... but it's not enough to repair my body?

Am I eating too much? In a day, this is about what I eat: breakfast= 1 cup diced cantaloupe, 1 cup diced pineapple, a medium honeycrisp apple, a medium banana, a medium orange, and a cup of coffee with a tablespoon of coconut milk creamer lunch= a 4 oz fillet of ahi tuna, 1 cup of broccoli, 10 carrot slices, 1 medium…

According to calorie king and this website, my calorie range is 890 calories. Not even close to 1,100 , which is my required caloric intake.

I'm almost positive I've gained fat because my ankles are larger, my thighs are chunkier, and there's extra flab on my back. How could I possibly be gaining weight by eating healthy calories right around my bmr? (1,119) Plus exercise!

Will the weight come off once I eat normally again?
-
And I only drink water, and 1 cup of coffee in the morning with stevia and a tablespoon of coconut milk creamer

In a day I eat about 3 servings of fruit, 4 servings of veg, and 3 servings of lean protein. I honestly don't think I'm eating more than 900-1000 calories. I check my calories with a calorie booklet and then I add everything up. My main question is will my body burn the fat I've stored if I continue to eat my bmr?
-
And will my body burn off the fat naturally after a few days once it realizes I'm eating? I also walk 3 miles a day, lift 3 pound weights for 10 minutes, and preform squats for 15 minutes everyday.

I was eating 600-800 calories before but I've increased to around 800-900. But 2 pounds? I'm eating very little so how could my body store fat?
-
Nope, I haven't been eating more sodium lately. Why on earth am I gaining weight if I'm eating LESS than my bmr?
-
I'm 5' 3

Well, I don't know why I've gained weight. And my thighs have gotten chunkier, which isn't good. I'm going to the bathroom normally, drinking enough water, etc. Still baffled by this weight gain, it worries me....
