  • I love eggs, poached or fried is the bomb! I can have it boiled, but it has to be very runny. Aslong as you account for the calories (as it can add up if you have too many), then eggs are a healthy source of protein and fat. :)
  • Ive just recently cut out diet coke, not so much because diet coke is bad, but because I get in a terrible habbit of drinking diet coke as my only source of liquid, and completely dismiss water.   • Today I had greek yogurt with strawberries mixed in, a banana on the side, and grabbed two clementines after as well, as I had my breakfast late due to having to have a fasted blood test. :) I love a lot of sweetness in the morning, and find the greek yogurt helps me stay full
  • Have you tried trout or salmon steaks? Bake in the oven, maybe with some salt and pepper, then have new potatos on the side, with some green beans. Very nice meal :)
  • Turkey breast and mushrooms cooked in chopped tomatoes. Add some spices, and you have a meal :P (im a terrible cook)
  • Gained 20 pounds back over christmas (1 month!!!), but was extremely unhealthy, so can only blame it on my self. No real reason tbh behind my food choices either, other than wanting the food. Back to healthy eating and gaining my control back :)
