Feel free to add me I'm 275 and 1 week into trying to change my bad habits. I'm in Gloucester, at the moment I'm just trying to walk as much a possible, I love to swim in the process of trying to find a pool with a reasonable monthly fee to get in the pool a few times a week

on a day when you eat 700 cals then work out 650 your netting 50 calories! I don't think you wil loose any weight at all if you carry on like that your body is going to be clinging onto any bit of fuel it can get! don't get me wrong I have days when I don't eat my goal and exercise aswell but i try to net a min 1000 and…

I use lighter than light mayo only 14 cals per tablespoon

you need to eat a minimum net calories of 1200, and with all that working out you probably burned 2000+ I don't pretend to be an expert but I think you need to up your calorie intake significantly if you are going to carry on working out like that and expect a weight loss.

You're probably not eating half the calories you should be by just eating salads twice a day, I would have sald for lunch and add a wholemeal pitta bread and some Hummus to bulk it up. For dinner I would have some lean meat with vegtables and some brown rice or pasta to fill you up.

when using machines which track calories I always use what they say. If that is less than MFP thats probably the best way to do it, your not in danger of over estimating what you burn then.

I could have written that post myself, I don't think i've ever managed to stick to a diet for more than a month or so and I think this is the longest I've ever managed to do it for and keep thinkin when is it all going to come to a crash!
