I prefer to run outside. I really dont like the treadmill. It actually feels harder for me on the treadmill. I can bang out 7 miles outside no problem. Put me on a treadmill and 2 miles is hard. go figure. lol

same here. I am addicted. I drink it everyday. When I try to stop I get a headache... I have cut down quite a bit tho. One step at a time.

I did hear that. I heard that if you change your route it will help you burn more calories. Add hills or change directions. Sometimes I just run my route backwards and its a big difference. Hard to change things up without getting hit by a car...lol

I set the alarm everyday with intentions of getting up early to go to gym or go running but i cant seem to drag myself out of bed. I hear its supposed to motivate you for the whole day. I go after work and it makes my life so hectic to squeeze that in. But i need my sleep!! lol

Its like an alarm clock. The second I walk in the door I want to eat everything. Also while I'm watching tv at night. Tough habit to break.

Same here. One week I struggled with 7 miles after doing a great 10. I think there are just so many factors that each run is different. I stopped focusing on my pace so much.

I have 4. 2 boys and 2 girls and barely anytime for myself. How do you find time for exercise???

Hi Im new too. Love the support I see. Anyone else finding it harder to lose weight after 40 years old. Used to come off so easy.
