I agree. The worst thing that you can do is set yourself up for failure. You will get discouraged too easily if your goals are not attainable. Set 10lb wt. goals and reward yourself with something after each goal reached. Start a blog on here and write down your feelings for the day your failures and achievements.…

stay off of the scale, that is my first recomendation. It is so variable from what you eat the day before, the time of the month, and if you just worked out. Just wt yourself once a week. I have managed to drink my water and do my exercise for the last two days. I thought this drinking water stuff would be harder but it wasn't too hard, you definently have to be conscious of this all day long. Great challange I can't wait for the next one.
