Natural here...I don't know that I'd want to put something foreign in my body. Scary! I don't like mine now after nursing 2 babies for a year each, but at least there's no silicone or saline there! Push up bras do wonders!

Thank you all! I checked out all the suggested sites and started trying the stretches. The running shoes I have, I got at the end of May, so they are only a month old. I added up my miles on my runkeeper and I have only ran 92 miles.

It's up to you. I get up at 5 am also. I walk our 3 dogs, eat breakfast, go for a 3 mile run, shower and have to be at work by 7 also. (My hubby gets to take care of getting the kids to daycare in the morning so he's the best :happy:)

I'd have to agree with the whole something happening to my kids thing. I'd be devastated. 2nd and 3rd runners up would be drowning or a fire!

LOVE zumba! I go to zumba classes 3 times a week. Right now both of my kids are in baseball so I am only making it 2 nights a week. But I'll get back to 3 when they are done mid-July!

try cutting up potatoes, put them in a ziploc baggie with a little extra virgin olive oil and a packet of hidden valley ranch dressing mix. shake it up and put in a 13x9 pan and bake in the oven. yum! and evoo is actually good for you!

Mine's public too. Feel free to peek. I like public ones because you can get great ideas for new foods to try. My diary is not perfect, but I've lost 14 lbs. since March. I have tried to make sure to do some kind of exercise almost everyday though.

I got them with pregnancies and they are less visible now, but I don't think they ever completely go away. I use lotion everyday after my shower. Just take good care of your skin.

Hi! I'm 5'5" and my goal is set to 120. I started out at 135 on mfp. I'm almost 38 and have had 2 kids. I'm at 121 now. It is totally do-able!! You go girl!

I had kashi go lean cereal with skim milk and I added a mini box of raisins and a packet of splenda to it. Then of course coffee, splends and sugar free creamer. I CANNOT go without coffe EVER!!!:drinker:

I never listen to music while running. I've thought about it, but my fear is that I would not hear what is going on around me then. You need to listen to be safe! Listen for cars coming, listen for dogs not leashed, listen for anything out of the ordinary that could be danger.

I like skim milk. I tried light vanilla Silk and it was okay. The light chocaolate Silk was just weird. I am not buying that one again. I haven't tried the almond though. Sp does the soy or almond have as much calcium as milk? I haven't read the labels...

I use whole wheat tortillas or whole grain pita pockets with lunchmeat, some lettuce, ranch dressing, and feta cheese. Yum!

I think it's correct! Even leisurely burns a bunch. Moving in water burns more than moving in plain ole air. I takes more effort to move the water!
