Anyone else had weird monthly cycles since starting running? I started running in May this year and all was ok til last month. Lighter and shorter than ever. Not that it was a bad thing...Just curious if this is common?

Eating ALL the freakin' time!

Cardio only?
Is there anything wrong with only doing cardio??? I mean can't you build muscle by running, or walking, or swimming, or zumba, etc? I've read some things saying your muscle melts away if you just do cardio and not strength work.

Is it bad to run on consecutive days?
I know you are supposed to have a rest day, but is that just 1 day a week? Is it a bad idea to run everyday? Are you supposed to have 1 rest day in between every run day? okay so I hit my goal.......
I am at my goal weight, now what?!? I don't know how may calories to eat to MAINTAIN. Nothing changed, it still allots me the same amount of calories a day thatit did when I was working to lose weight. Is it supposed to? I don't want to keep losing now. I want to gain muscle now.
