okay so I hit my goal.......

I am at my goal weight, now what?!? I don't know how may calories to eat to MAINTAIN. Nothing changed, it still allots me the same amount of calories a day thatit did when I was working to lose weight. Is it supposed to? I don't want to keep losing now. I want to gain muscle now.

    Change your weight loss goals on MFP. If you've still got it set to lose 1 lb a week, you need to change it to no weight loss.

    go in and change your goals from losing to maintaining
